What happens if I send money to the wrong bank account?

Contact us immediately. We can attempt to initiate a recall request with the receiving bank. Funds may also be returned automatically, although recovery is not always guaranteed.

Why has my recipient received less money than expected?

Some international transfers pass through intermediary banks that may deduct processing fees before the funds reach the recipient.
